We have been at 700 Gidc Estate in Makarpura for quite a while now. Dealing with stainless steel is basically what we do every day. It is often dusty and noisy in the warehouse, but that is just part of the job. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We handle a lot of metal sheets and rods, moving them around and getting orders ready for whoever needs them. It is not a flashy business. We just show up, get the inventory sorted, and make sure the trucks are loaded right. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we figure it out eventually. Being in an industrial estate like Makarpura means there is always something going on around us. You will usually find someone drinking tea near the gate during the afternoon break. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied with what they ordered. It gets hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we have a couple of fans that help a bit. If you drop by, you might have to wait a minute if we are in the middle of loading a big batch. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we keep the ledgers. It is a straightforward operation here at Gautam Stainless. We know our materials and we know where everything is kept in the back. That is pretty much it.
