Fil Sep Equipments Pvt Ltd is found over at plot 19 in the Makarpura GIDC Industrial Estate. As you can probably guess from the name and the location, we are all about industrial equipment. We mostly focus on things like filters and separators, which are used in various types of factories. Being in GIDC means we are surrounded by other engineering and manufacturing units, so there is always a lot of noise and activity around us. Our workshop is where the main action happens. It’s full of metal parts, tools, and half-finished machines. We aren't a polished corporate office with carpets and glass walls; it’s a real working space with concrete floors and a lot of steel. We spend our time designing or putting together these units based on what’s needed. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in a very plain way. If a filter needs fixing or a separator needs a new part, we just get on with it. We have a small team here, and most of us have been doing this for a long time.
