We are located right at number 25 on the New Ipcl Road in Subhanpura. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the Ipcl road is. The shop is a mix of a showroom and a workspace. We have some products on the shelves and then a back area where we do the service side of things. It’s often a bit cluttered because we get deliveries throughout the week. We aren’t trying to be the most modern shop in town. We just want a place where we can work and people can find us easily. The team here is small. We’ve got a couple of guys who handle the repairs and one person who manages the sales counter. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes the traffic on New Ipcl Road gets so loud we have to close the front door to hear the customers. We’ve got a small kettle in the back for making tea during the afternoon break. It’s a simple routine. We open up, check what needs fixing, and wait for the customers to come in. We don’t have any big slogans. We just take care of the items people bring to us and try to be helpful. That’s the way Unique Sales & Services has always been at Subhanpura New Ipcl Road 25. It is a busy little spot but it suits us well and we like it.
