Simem Construction Environmental Eng. P. Ltd. is located right at Plot No. 457 in the GIDC Estate. It’s a busy area with lots of trucks coming and going. We focus on the engineering side of things, specifically for construction and environmental projects. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep things simple in the office. The space at Plot 457 is where we keep our tools and where the planning happens. It’s not a quiet place, especially when the machinery is being tested or moved around. We’ve got a team that spends a lot of time on-site, but this is our main base. Dealing with environmental engineering means we have to be careful with the details, but we don't act like we know everything. We just follow the plans and make sure the structures are solid. The GIDC Estate is a good spot for us because everything we need is close by. We’ve been in this building for a while now and the walls have seen a lot of blueprints. We aren't big on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just do the engineering work that needs to be done. It's practical work for people who need things built right. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going and someone looking over a map or a drawing.
