Our place is on Kapurai Shahibaug Road, specifically at 403/A. It’s more of a functional space than a fancy office. We have a lot of big pipes and water management equipment sitting around. The yard has a few trucks that we use to get to different sites. It’s a lot of outdoor work and getting our boots dirty. We don't spend much time sitting behind desks unless we are doing the billing. The road outside is usually busy with big lorries, so it can be quite dusty. We keep a large cooler of water in the corner because it gets hot in the afternoons. The team here knows their stuff when it comes to pumps and plumbing. We’ve worked in the Kapurai area for a long time. We don't have a polished website or a marketing person. We just have a phone that rings and a notebook where we write down the addresses. Sometimes we are out on a job all day and the office is empty. It’s a straightforward business. We fix things and we set up systems that work. There isn’t much more to it than that. We take pride in the fact that we can fix problems that others find difficult.
