F.E.P. Search Group

F.E.P. Search Group is a small firm based in Vadodara, Gujarat. We are over in Karelibaug, specifically at 16/B Ghanshyam Nivas in Vikram Nagar Society. It’s a family-style environment here. We focus on search and recruitment, helping companies find specific people for their roles. It’s a lot of searching through databases and making calls. The office is actually part of a house, which makes it feel a lot less stiff than a regular workplace. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about the day’s progress. Karelibaug is a good area to be in, plenty of things happening. We’ve been in Vikram Nagar Society for years and we like the community. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. Most people find us because someone else told them we were okay to work with. We try to be thorough with our searches. Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right person, but we don't like to rush things. It’s just us doing our best to match folks up. The 390018 area is home for us. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords or talk about global missions. We just look for people and hope they fit the jobs we have on our list. It’s simple, practical work that keeps us on our toes every day. We enjoy the local atmosphere and the people we meet along the way.
