Essar Steel Limited

We’ve been here at Essar Steel Limited on Waghodia Road for a while now. The office is tucked inside Aarzoo Society, specifically at number 10. If you know Vadodara, you know the Panigate water tank across the street is the best landmark. We usually tell people to look for that because the society entrance can be easy to miss if you're driving too fast. It’s a busy part of town. There’s always noise from the traffic on the main road, but inside the society, it’s a bit quieter. Most days we just come in, handle the paperwork, and talk to the guys on the floor. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything. Just a regular place where we get the work done. In the mornings, the chai stall nearby gets really crowded, so we try to get our tea early. The weather in Vadodara gets quite hot in the summer, so the fans are always running at full speed. Sometimes the water tank area gets congested during peak hours, which makes leaving the office a bit of a challenge. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff. We don’t really do much marketing or anything; people usually find us because they know where we are or someone told them. It's a straightforward setup. We focus on the steel side of things and try to keep things moving. It’s just how we operate day to day.
