Engineering Technique

The workshop is located over on Manjalpur Vadsar Road, specifically at 37623. If you’ve been around this part of town, you probably know the area. Engineering Technique has been operating out of this spot for a long time. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains here and there, which is pretty much expected in our line of work. We have a few heavy machines that take up most of the space in the main bay. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but we like the hum of the equipment. Usually, the first person gets here around eight to open up the shutters. We spend a lot of time just checking over things and making sure the measurements are right. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. There is a small office tucked in the corner where the phone rings and where we keep the logs. Most of the guys here prefer being out on the floor rather than sitting at a desk anyway. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, so we keep the doors wide open for the breeze. The neighbors are mostly other small shops, so we all know each other. On Fridays, things feel a little slower as we clean up for the weekend. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It's just a group of people who know how to handle the machines and get the parts out. It works for us.
