Ekkay Magic (I) Pvt. Ltd

Our place is C/216 in the Maruti Flats. We are located in Baroda, Gujarat. The pin code is 390007. It’s right behind Sabari School, so during the day, we hear the kids playing and the school bells. It’s a bit of a distraction sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. Working out of a flat is different than a regular office building. It feels a bit more personal, I guess. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. The bathroom is just like a normal house bathroom. We have desks set up in what would be the living room and the bedrooms. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is here at Ekkay Magic (I) Pvt. Ltd. We do whatever work comes our way. The building itself is a bit older, so the elevator is a bit cranky. Most of us just take the stairs since we aren’t that high up anyway. India is hot in the summer, and Maruti Flats can get a bit stuffy. We keep the windows open when it’s not too dusty outside. It’s a simple setup. No one wears suits here. We just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We’ve been here a good while and the neighbors know us. We are just a small team trying to do our thing.
