We are located in Room 254, which is just outside the Panigate area in Baroda. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Harish Petrol Pump. It’s a very easy landmark to find. Dynamic Staffing Serivces Pvt Ltd is what it says on the sign, and we mostly spend our time trying to find people to fill various job roles for different companies. The room we work in isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We have a couple of desks and a phone that rings quite a lot throughout the day. People often stop by because they saw our sign while they were getting petrol across the street. We handle a lot of applications and resumes, and we spend a good chunk of the day interviewing people or checking their references. It’s a lot of human interaction, which is nice, though it can be tiring by the end of the week. Baroda is a place where people value hard work, and we try to match that energy here in our small office. We don't have any big brochures or fancy websites. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We just keep our heads down and do the work of connecting workers with the jobs that need doing.
