My office is located at number 6 in the Rahil building. It is on the New Link Road in the Raopura area. If you are coming here, the best way to find it is to look for the SBI ATM, because we are right opposite that. Raopura is a very crowded and busy part of Vadodara. There is always a lot of noise from the buses and the rickshaws on the New Link Road. The office itself is quite small and tucked away. I have a desk that has been with me for years and some chairs that have seen better days. It is mostly me working here. I deal with a lot of paperwork and people coming in to settle accounts or ask questions. The Rahil building is old and has that specific smell of old concrete and dust. I keep a small fan on my desk because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I’m used to the hustle. It’s not a corporate office with glass partitions. It’s just a room where I do my business. I have a view of the street from my window, so I can see the people lining up at the ATM across the way. My day is usually full of small tasks and meeting people face to face. It’s a simple setup and I don’t see any reason to change it now. It gets the job done and I know where everything is.
