You can find us at 517/6/C 1 in the Makarpura Inter Link Industrial Estate on Caves Road. Being in an industrial estate means there are always trucks moving and the sound of metal hitting metal is constant. We are an engineering unit, so our space is filled with tools, parts, and heavy machinery. There is usually some grease on the floor and the smell of cutting oil is always around. We take on various mechanical jobs and repairs. It is not the kind of place where you come to sit and relax; it’s a working shop. We spend most of the day in blue overalls, measuring things and making sure the parts fit correctly. Sometimes we get a complicated job that takes a few days to figure out, and other times it's just simple repetitive work. The office is just a tiny partitioned area with a computer that’s always a bit dusty. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused through the day. Caves Road gets very busy during the shift changes, so we try to get our deliveries out before the traffic gets too bad. We've been in this spot for a while and we know the other guys in the units nearby. We just keep our heads down and get the engineering work done as it comes in. It is dirty work but we are used to it.
