We are located in Surat, Gujarat, at 1/735 Vishrantti Flats on Bejanji Kotwal Street in Nanpura. Nanpura is an older part of the city, and it has a lot of character. Our office is inside the Vishrantti Flats, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We are architects and engineers, so the space is naturally filled with drawing boards, rolls of tracing paper, and various measuring tools. We don't have a big fancy lobby or signage that lights up at night. It’s just a regular flat where we do our design work and engineering calculations. The street outside can be quite narrow, and finding parking is always a bit of a challenge for visitors. Inside, it’s usually quiet, except for the sound of someone working on a computer or the rustle of paper. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. We don’t go in for corporate talk or empty promises. We just look at the site requirements and try to figure out the best way to build something that lasts. The Surat heat means the ceiling fans are almost always on high. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news. It’s a very normal, local operation where we focus on the technical details of architecture without any unnecessary polish or pretense. We have been at this spot for a while now and know the area.
