Akar Architect

You can find Akar Architect in room 204 on B P C Road. It is a standard office building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is mostly just stacks of paper and the smell of ink. We have been working from this room for a while now. The view out the window is just the busy street and other buildings, but it helps to keep us focused on the blueprints. We usually start the day early before the traffic really kicks off. We do a lot of the technical side of architecture here. It involves a lot of staring at computer screens and checking the math on structural loads. We do not have a fancy lounge or anything; just some plastic chairs and a table that wobbles if you lean on it too hard. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It is a simple way of working. Most people who come to see us are looking for practical help with their building projects. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone with grand ideas. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roof stays up. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. It is a small operation, just a few of us trying to do a decent job with the tools we have.
