Vaibhav Architects

Vaibhav Architects is based out of Akoto M/P Bramhnoli, specifically at Pavna Dam E 1/301. It’s a unique spot to work from, especially being near Pavna Dam. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on various architectural projects. The office at E 1/301 is where all the planning happens. It’s not a fancy studio, just a place with enough room for our drafting tables and computers. We spend a lot of time looking at the landscape around here. It influences how we think about buildings. We aren’t some big-city firm with glossy brochures. We’re just a small group of architects who like to build things that fit the area. Sometimes the weather out here makes site visits a bit of a challenge, but we manage. Our desks are usually covered in sketches and topographical maps. We work on residential stuff mostly, helping people figure out what they can do with their land. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with clients and local authorities. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk about where the windows should go and how the roof should look. It’s honest, local work. If you’re near the Pavna Dam area and need someone to look at a project, we are right here in Bramhnoli. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next set of drawings. It’s a quiet way to make a living, and we like it that way. We just keep drawing.
