Cinnamon Stick- The Gourmet'S Delight

We have a place called Cinnamon Stick- The Gourmet’S Delight over in Manjalpur, Vadodara. It’s our little spot where we deal with all things food. We don't have a complicated address with lot numbers, we’re just right there in the Manjalpur area. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. It's a place for people who really enjoy good food. The name sounds a bit fancy, but we’re actually quite grounded. We just like making things that taste right. The shop usually smells like spices and whatever is being cooked up for the day. We aren't part of a big chain or anything. It’s just our own local business. Manjalpur is a nice neighborhood to be in, and we get a lot of locals coming in for a bite or to see what’s new. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, or a batch doesn't turn out quite how we wanted, so we just start over. That’s the nature of working with food. We don't have a big marketing budget. Mostly, people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just want to keep things simple and focus on the cooking. It’s a lot of long hours standing up, but seeing people enjoy a meal makes it worth the effort. We have a lot of regular customers who we know by name now. It makes the shop feel like a community.
