Our office is located at FF 24 in the Saraswati Complex. You can find us on Manjaipur M.G. Road, right in the Victoria Layout area. We are directly opposite the Atithi Gruh, which is a landmark most people around here know well. We have been working from this spot for a good amount of time now. The building is older but it serves its purpose for our land and estate consultancy. Most of our day is spent talking to people about plots of land or checking on property papers. It's not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. The office is on the first floor, so you have to walk up the stairs. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic on M.G. Road, but once you're inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the fan and people talking. We keep a lot of maps and old records on the shelves. Sometimes the files get a bit dusty, but we know where everything is. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or someone they know told them we were here. It is a local operation, and we like it that way. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and discussing the local market trends with anyone who stops by for a chat. It’s a simple setup, nothing too fancy, just a place to get work done and help out where we can.
