Our consultancy is based at 202, Shivalay Flat, which is near the Samrajya Apartments on the Gotri Rajesh Tower Road in Vadodara. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the Gotri area. We are on the second floor of the building. It’s a modest flat that we’ve turned into our workspace. Since we do HR consultancy, we spend a lot of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. We also talk to companies that need new staff. The office isn't very big, so it can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork to go through. We have a couple of small rooms where we can talk to people privately. It’s a very practical setup without any bells or whistles. We don't have a big corporate logo on the door or anything. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our address. The road outside can get busy, especially during the morning and evening rush. We have a small team here, and we all know each other quite well. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Gujarat; we just want to do a decent job of matching people with the right work. It’s a simple process of making calls and checking details. We stay busy most days and try to keep things organized as well as we can in our small space.
