Bright Powers

Bright Powers is tucked away in the Sudama Industrial Estate, specifically at A-2. If you're driving by the Gokulesh Petrol Pump near Panchvadi Jakathnaka, you're pretty much there. Being in an industrial estate means it's always noisy and there’s always something being moved around on a truck. We like it that way because it feels like a place where things actually get built. Our space is more of a workshop than a proper office. We have tools everywhere and half-finished bits of electrical work on the benches. We focus on power systems. It’s not glamorous work. It’s mostly about making sure things don’t break down when people need them. We are just a handful of guys who know how to fix things. We don't spend money on fancy signage or marketing because most people find us through word of mouth anyway. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of dust or grease. We don't have a fancy waiting area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be fixed and what can't. It’s a busy life here in the estate, but we’ve been at this address for a long time and know the area well. We usually have the radio playing while we work to keep things moving along nicely.
