Our office in Vadodara is over at B/2 in the Amma Adhar Society. It’s located right behind Motinagar on the Varasia Ring Road. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a lot more relaxed than a typical industrial zone. We handle the Gujarat side of things from this spot. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are starting to rust at the bottom, and a small area where we can make some tea for visitors. Being on the Varasia Ring Road means we are well-connected to the rest of the city, which helps when we need to get around. Vadodara is a busy place, and we try to keep up with the pace as best as we can. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to our customers and our drivers like normal people. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy, but we always find what we need in the end. We’ve been in this society for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. We aren't here to make big promises or use big words. We just deal in cement and try to be helpful when people have questions. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. No fluff, just work.
