Ambuja Cements Ltd

We are set up at Tiwari Chawl on Chhani Road, right near the Fatehgunj post office in Baroda. It is a busy little area and we have been here for some time now. Working with Ambuja Cements Ltd means there’s a lot of physical work involved every single day. We spend most of our hours loading bags onto trucks or organizing the stacks in the warehouse. The space is a bit tight sometimes because of where we are located, but we make it work. It gets loud with the traffic from Chhani Road and the sound of the bags being moved around. We don't really have a big reception area or anything. If someone comes by, they usually just find us in the back or near the loading dock. The air always has that faint smell of dry cement, which you just get used to after a week on the job. Our team is small, and we mostly look out for each other. We try to keep things moving so the drivers aren't waiting too long. In Baroda, the humidity can be a bit much, so we make sure the cement stays covered and dry. It’s just a regular local warehouse operation. We don’t have much to say about ourselves other than we are here doing the work. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but that’s how a cement business is. We just focus on the tasks we have each day.
