If you go behind the old Dinesh Mill in the Haripura area of Vadodara, you’ll find us at 66-A/347 in the Shree Nagar Society. We’ve been here in Gujarat for many years now. Bansal Traders isn't a name we chose because it sounded fancy, it’s just the family name and what we do. We trade different things depending on what’s in demand and what we can get our hands on. The office is really just a room filled with papers and samples of whatever we are selling that month. It gets a bit crowded sometimes when the family is all there at once. We know all the other shop owners in the society, and we often help each other out. Vadodara is a busy city, but our little corner in Haripura feels like its own small world. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People know us because we’ve been here for so long and we always answer the phone. Sometimes we make mistakes with the ledger, but we always fix them. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being there every day. We drink a lot of chai and talk to a lot of people throughout the day. That’s how business gets done here. It’s simple, it’s honest, and it keeps us fed. We might not have a fancy website, but we have a solid reputation among the people who actually know us and work with us.
