If you know where Reva Garba Ground is on Waghodia Road, then you can find us pretty easily. We are at G 79 in Radhika Tenament. It’s a ground-floor spot which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they’re looking for a house or a plot. Real estate in Vadodara is always changing, so there’s always something new to talk about. We have maps of the local area pinned to the walls and lots of folders with property details. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything. We just have a few plastic chairs for guests and a big desk where we look over paperwork. Outside, the street can get noisy during the festival season because of the garba ground nearby. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites to check on things. People come to us when they want to buy or rent something in this part of town. We know the neighborhood well because we live and work right here. It’s a lot of talking to landlords and showing people around houses. Sometimes the weather is too hot for site visits, but we go anyway. We don't use big words or try to push people into things they don't want. We just show what’s available and help with the forms. That’s the daily routine for us at Radhika Tenament.
