Baroda Productivity Council

We have been running things from Viral Park Society in the Samta area for a long time now. The Baroda Productivity Council isn't one of those new flashy startups. We are more of a traditional setup in Subhanpura. People come to us when they need to figure out how to make their factories or offices run a bit better without wasting so much time and resources. Our building at C/7 is usually full of people attending some kind of training or workshop. It’s not a fancy place, just classrooms and desks where we talk about real-world work problems. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated theories. We just look at how things are being done and see if there is a simpler way. Vadodara is an industrial hub, so there is always someone looking for advice on efficiency. We have staff who have been around since the early days. It feels more like a community center sometimes than a council. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the schedules. It gets busy during the peak months when every company wants their staff trained at the same time. We just try to keep up and provide something useful for the local workers. It is straightforward work and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be something we're not, just a local resource.
