Baroda Productivity Council, Baroda

The Baroda Productivity Council is located in Vadodara, Gujarat. Our office is called ‘Safallya’, and you can find us at A-1 in the Anandmangal Society. We’re part of the Kamlanagar Complex on Ajwa Road. It’s a well-known spot in Baroda, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for many years. We focus on productivity, which sounds technical, but it’s really just about helping local businesses and workers do things a bit better. The office has a very traditional feel to it. There are lots of wooden desks, old files, and a sense that a lot of history has happened within these walls. We aren't a flash-in-the-pan company; we are a council that cares about the local industry. Most of us have lived in Gujarat our whole lives, so we understand the way things work around here. The Ajwa Road area is usually bustling with traffic and people going to the markets. Inside Safallya, it’s a bit quieter, filled with the sound of people talking or typing. We hold meetings and training sessions quite often. We don’t use shiny brochures or fancy websites to prove our worth. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this for a long time and people know where to find us in the Anandmangal Society when they need some practical advice or training. It’s just us, working away in our corner of Vadodara.
