Baroda Naukri

You can find our office at 98/99 in the Gayatridham Society; we've occupied this space for a long period. We are situated right behind Kiran Motors on the Old Chhani Road in Baroda. It’s a bit of a residential-style setup, which actually makes it quite a comfortable place to work from. Baroda Naukri has been around this area for a while, helping locals find work. We aren't a huge agency with a big glass front. Instead, we have a small office inside the society where things are a bit more personal. Most of the people who come to see us are from around the city or the nearby industrial areas. The street outside can get a little dusty because of the traffic on Old Chhani Road, but inside it’s quiet enough. We spend our days sorting through applications and talking to local businesses. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of who is looking for what. We don't have any fancy software to do it all for us. The office is filled with some old cupboards and a few desks. It’s a very no-nonsense kind of place. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door looking for a job. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting, and other days it’s just us. It’s a steady routine that we’ve grown used to. We keep it honest and direct because that's what works best for our candidates here in Baroda.
