Authentic Staffing Agency is located on the first floor of Pushpak Nagar Society in Vadodara. We are right behind Narmada Nagar-1 in the Manjalpur area. It’s a decent spot, and we have been here for a while. Our office is small, just a couple of rooms where we keep all the files and folders. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a new start. Finding work for folks in Gujarat can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we stay at it. We aren't one of those high-pressure agencies you see in the movies. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see what they can do. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but once you get inside, it’s a quiet place to talk. We have a lot of local businesses that call us when they need a hand, so the phone rings quite a bit during the day. Sometimes we have a backlog of people to call back, and it takes us a day or two. We try to be honest about what jobs are available and what isn't. It’s a practical business, and we don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find a place to work, and that’s about it.
