Our office is in Bud-Nivas, which is a house in Hujarat Tekra. It’s very close to Mahakali Chowk in the Fatehpura area of Vadodara. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get quite crowded during the festivals. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now, helping people with their paperwork and various consulting needs. It’s a small space, mostly just desks and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. We don’t really go for the modern look because we are busy with the actual work. Usually, someone is here by nine in the morning to start going through the mail and the pending files. We handle a lot of different requests, and every day seems to bring something slightly different. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn’t been a priority lately. We prefer to spend our time making sure the forms are filled out right and the clients get their answers. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, except for when the traffic near the chowk gets heavy. We have a couple of chairs for people to wait in, but it’s not a big waiting room. We just do our business, talk to the people who come in, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the Fatehpura community. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we just keep things moving along.
