Arvind Pipe & Fitting Industries (P) Ltd.

Arvind Pipe & Fitting Industries is located over at Plot No. 657 in the G.I.D.C. industrial area. It’s a big, noisy place with a lot of machinery and metal clanging around. We’ve been here in this plot for quite some time, making pipes and all sorts of fittings that people use for their plumbing or factory setups. The floor is usually covered in some oil and metal shavings, which is what you’d expect from a place like this. It isn't a clean office job. We wear work boots and get our hands dirty every single day. The G.I.D.C. is a busy hub, so there are always other businesses working right next to us. We have a small office section where we handle the billing and the phone calls, but most of the action happens out on the factory floor. We don't have time for corporate talk or fancy meetings. We just look at the orders, set the machines, and get to work. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them, which is frustrating but part of the trade. We have a decent crew of workers who know their stuff. We’ve been supplying pipes to the local area and beyond for a long time now. It’s a solid business and we take it one day at a time here at Plot 657.
