Arvind Metal (India)

Our shop is located at Plot No. G-3 in the Gayakwad Complex on New Laheripura Road. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded with people and scooters zig-zagging everywhere. We’ve been dealing in metals for a long time, and this spot has become like a second home to us. The complex itself is older, so it has that lived-in feel with various shops all tucked together. We have stacks of metal sheets and rods piled up. Sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room, but we always manage to find what a customer is looking for. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading. Our clothes usually end up with some grease or dust on them by lunchtime. We don't have a big marketing department. There's no fancy office. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders are filled correctly. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things are quiet, just watching the traffic go by on New Laheripura Road. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing. People know they can just drop in and ask for what they need. We don't use a lot of technical jargon; we just talk plain English and get the job done. It’s a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss.
