Arham Associates

Arham Associates operates out of a ground floor flat in Dharam Vihar, right on Palace Road. It is a bit of a different setup since it is a residential building, but it works out well for us. Palace Road is always humming with noise, bikes, and cars going by at all hours. Being on the ground floor means we can see everyone passing the window. The flat is old but sturdy. We converted the main rooms into our working area. It has that lived-in feel, not like those sterile offices in the new glass towers. There is a small patch of garden outside our window that we try to keep green, though the Vadodara heat makes it tough. We usually have the fans running at full speed most of the year. Our neighbors are a mix of families and a few other small offices like ours. You might hear someone’s TV or a pressure cooker whistling from the floor above during lunch. It makes the workday feel a bit more human. We keep our files in big steel cabinets and use wooden desks that have seen better days. It is a straightforward place. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sipping tea and going through paperwork. It isn't a flashy place, just a quiet ground floor flat where we get our daily tasks done without much fuss.
