Ardex Endura India Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at Plot No: 463 & 468 in the Manjusar Gidc area. Even though the name Ardex Endura India Pvt. Ltd. sounds a bit formal on the sign, we are mostly just a group of people working out of these two plots in the industrial estate. It is a big area with lots of factories and heavy trucks moving around all the time. The dust from the Gidc roads usually finds its way inside no matter how much we sweep the floors. Our day starts early to beat the heat, though that doesn't always work out when the sun gets high. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking on things and making sure the work is moving along as it should. It is not a place with plush carpets or quiet offices. It is a working site and it sounds like one too with all the noise. We have people from all over the local area coming here to work every shift. Sometimes we have issues with the deliveries being late or the weather making things difficult, but we just handle it. We don't have a big team of people to write fancy speeches or marketing bits. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping the whole place running. It is a lot of routine work, but it is important to us. Most of the time, you will find us just dressed in our work clothes trying to get everything done.
