We operate out of a space at No. 8/1 in the Sai Sudha building, which is part of Arunoday Society here in Alkapuri. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of vibe in this neighborhood. We deal with chemical products, so there is a lot of technical data and safety sheets lying around the office. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we manage the sales and the technical support side of things. Alkapuri is a nice enough area, though parking can be a real pain if you don’t get here early in the morning. We spend a lot of our time answering questions from customers about how to use the products or checking on the status of a shipment. It’s a lot of detailed work that requires us to be careful with the numbers. We don't have a showroom or anything like that; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and shelves full of folders. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine down. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our jobs properly and keep our clients satisfied with what we provide. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical jargon, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on getting the right chemicals to the right people without any unnecessary fuss or complications.
