Our place is at Plot No-463 and 468 in the GIDC Estate. It’s a fairly large space, but it’s always full of bags and containers. Working here at Ardex Endura, we spend most of our time dealing with flooring stuff and adhesives. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean for very long. There is always a bit of powder in the air or a bucket that needs moving. We have a decent crew here, and most of us have been around for a while now. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the loading docks or back in the warehouse checking the batches. The GIDC area stays busy, so there’s always noise from the neighbors and the trucks passing by. We just try to keep things organized so we know exactly where everything is. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the rain hits and we have to make sure everything stays dry. It’s just regular daily work, really. We don't do much in the way of big announcements or fancy stuff. We just focus on getting the products out and making sure the inventory is right. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but they are important for the people who use our stuff for their floors and walls. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
