Being in the engineering field means we are usually surrounded by drawings, metal parts, and a lot of technical manuals. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy decor. We have workbenches, some computers for the design work, and a lot of heavy tools. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for years. We spend our days solving practical problems and making sure things are built the way they are supposed to be. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, just trying to get the measurements exactly right. Makarpura is a good place for us because everything we need is nearby. We can hear the traffic from the main road, but inside the shop, we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a bit of a messy environment sometimes with all the scraps and parts, but that’s just how engineering goes. We aren't much for talking big.
