This office is at A-4 Laxmi Narayan Apts. We are located in Vadodara, specifically the 390021 area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the location to people who aren’t from around here. We usually tell them it’s behind Mothers School or near the Hari Nagar Water Tank Road. The water tank is a good landmark because you can see it from a distance. Being a BPO means there’s usually some noise from people talking on the phones. It’s not a library, that’s for sure. The apartment setup makes it feel less like a corporate skyscraper and more like a local workplace. We have some desks squeezed in and a lot of wires running along the floor. You have to watch your step sometimes. Near Jayjalaram Nagar is where the morning traffic picks up. We see parents dropping kids off at the school nearby. It’s a busy little corner of Vadodara. The air conditioning works most of the time which is a blessing in this heat. We have our routines, our shifts, and our breaks. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share in the afternoon. It keeps the mood okay. We aren't doing anything fancy, just getting through the call lists and reports. It’s a living. The walls are a plain white and we have some old calendars hanging up. It feels like a real place where people actually spend their time. We call it Aok Inhouse Bpo Services Ltd.
