Ambalal Chandulal Shah

Our place is located at 174, right near the Shak Market in the Radha Krishna Market area of Vadodara. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets, especially in the mornings when the vegetable sellers are out. The noise from the market is just part of our daily background. We’ve been at this spot for years and the routine hasn’t changed much. I usually get here before the sun gets too high. We spend the first hour just getting things ready for the day. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking the inventory. We don't use any high-tech systems, mostly just pens and paper to keep track of things. The shop floor is a bit cramped because we try to fit as much as possible inside. It’s dusty work, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. There are a few regular customers who come by just to chat for a minute while they do their marketing. We appreciate the familiar faces. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we keep some flashlights handy. It’s just a normal way of doing business in this part of town. We are Ambalal Chandulal Shah, and we’re just here doing our job. There isn't much more to it than that. We just try to stay organized and keep the shelves filled with what's needed.
