Aditya Birla Minacs World Wide Ltd.

Our office for Aditya Birla Minacs World Wide Ltd. is located at 41, Kashivishwanath Society. We are right on J.N. Road in the Lalbaugh area of Vadodara. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in a society like this makes it feel a bit more personal than those huge glass buildings you see elsewhere. Even though we are part of a larger name, our day-to-day life here is pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people from all over. Lalbaugh is a place most people in Baroda know well, so it’s easy for folks to find us. The office itself is just a regular setup with desks and some old files. It can get pretty noisy outside with the traffic on J.N. Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a small team here that just focuses on getting the work done. We don’t really go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and handle whatever tasks are on the list for that day. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other days are a bit slower. We’ve been a part of this neighborhood for a while and like the mix of houses and offices nearby. It just feels like a normal workplace.
