Action Engineers

We are located at 24-C Mahabalipuram on Tandalja Road. It is a decent area, not too far from the main hub but tucked away enough that it isn't completely chaotic throughout the day. Our workshop is basically where we spend most of our lives. It has got that smell of oil and cold metal that you find in any engineering place. We are not big on titles here; the owner is usually out on the floor with a wrench just like everyone else. There is an old desk in the corner where we handle the invoices and the phone calls, but most of the action happens on the work benches. We have got some lathes and drills that have been with us since we opened, and they still work better than the new stuff sometimes. The floor has some cracks and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but that does not really affect the quality of what we build. It is a straightforward operation. We do not have a human resources department or any corporate policies written down on the walls. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. It is a local business through and through. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we help each other out when someone needs a tool or a hand with a heavy load. It is just a group of engineers trying to do honest work.
