Acme Placement Baroda

Acme Placement Baroda is based in D 107 Apurva Society. We are right near the Mahesh Complex on Waghodia Road. It’s a familiar spot for people living in this part of Baroda. We’ve been operating out of this society for a good bit now. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. We don't have a big receptionist or a glass front office. It’s just a regular room where we keep our files and computers. People come in looking for jobs, and we try to see where they might fit with the companies we know. It can be quiet some days, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. Waghodia Road is always busy, so there’s plenty of noise from the street, but we’re used to it. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team trying to match people up with employment. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just look at what’s available and tell people the truth about the positions. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. That’s just how the job market goes. Most of the people who come to us are locals from around Baroda. We like being in a residential society because it feels more relaxed. It's just a plain, honest workspace for us to do our thing every day.
