Our factory is tucked away in Sardar Estate in Gujarat. Ablaze Glass Works Pvt. Ltd. has been here for some time now. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity, trucks moving, and the sound of heavy machinery. Inside, we handle a lot of glass equipment. It’s specialized work, and it can get pretty intense when the orders are high. We aren't some fancy outfit with a lobby and free coffee. It’s a working floor with benches, tools, and a lot of glass tubing and sheets. The Gujarat heat really picks up in the afternoons, making the workshop feel like an oven, but we just keep the fans going. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just make the glass parts that people need for their setups. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out right and we have to start over. That’s just the nature of the work. We keep our heads down and focus on what’s in front of us. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know each other’s rhythms. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work shirts, covered in a bit of dust, just trying to get the day's tasks finished. We don't use any fancy talk, we just focus on the glass and the orders we have.
