Our location is out in Mankani, which is part of the Sankheda area in Vadodara district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like being out here in Gujarat. We have a fair amount of space to do what we do. The work is mostly industrial and technical, which fits the surroundings. You’ll find us easily if you follow the road towards the post office area. It isn't a flashy place. We have some heavy equipment and a lot of parts lying around that we use for our daily projects. The air is a bit quieter out here than in the middle of town, which is nice when you're trying to focus on a complicated fix. We have a small crew and most of us have been working together for a long time. We don't really bother with big meetings or corporate talk. If something breaks, we fix it. If a plan needs making, we sit down and draw it out. It’s practical work for practical people. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a big shipment coming in or a machine that just won't behave. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly for the people who depend on us. It’s a simple setup but it works for us.
