A. S. Fabricators

A. S. Fabricators is located at 162/E in the Gidc area, and it is a very typical industrial setup. The building is a simple structure made for work, not for looks. We have got our welding sets, our cutters, and a whole lot of raw iron sitting in the yard. The day usually starts early when the sun is just coming up, and we open the gates to get the air moving. It is a noisy place once we get started, with the sound of metal hitting metal being the main thing you hear. We don't have any decorative plants or nice paintings on the walls. Instead, we have racks of tools and boxes of bolts. Every person here knows their job, and we don't spend a lot of time on small talk. We just focus on the measurements and making sure the welds are solid. The Gidc area is always full of activity, with trucks moving in and out, so there is a lot of dust in the air. We take our breaks sitting on whatever is available, usually a spare piece of steel or an old crate. It is a gritty, practical life, but there is something satisfying about seeing a finished piece of work ready to go out. We are just local people doing a job that requires a lot of sweat and a bit of patience. That is the reality of our shop.
