Manipal Pre-University College-Manipal

This place is located at Krishnaprasad House on Alevore Road in the Manchike area. It’s essentially a house that we’ve used for the Manipal Pre-University College activities for some time now. It doesn’t look like a typical school building you’d see in a big city with glass and steel. It’s much more grounded and local. We’ve got a few rooms set up for different things, and there’s always someone around the house. The address might be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here, but once you find Alevore Road, it's pretty straightforward. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. There's a yard where we sometimes sit if the weather isn't too hot and humid. Most of the furniture is just stuff we’ve gathered over the years—sturdy wooden tables and chairs that don't match but do the job. We don’t have a big budget for fancy signs or those polished brochures you see at big colleges. We just talk to the students and their families directly when they come by. It's a small operation, and everyone knows everyone else’s name. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog comes over and hangs out by the door to see what’s going on. It’s just a relaxed, everyday environment where we try to get through the lessons without too much trouble. We take things one day at a time here in Manchike, making sure everything is handled properly.
