This is a bit of a personal setup located in Mudur Village, which is part of the Kundapur area in Udupi, Karnataka. The address is actually S O Sheena Naik’s place. The name Just Iam Doing M B A pretty much tells you what is going on here. It started while I was studying and trying to figure things out. Being in a village like Mudur, things are a bit slower and more peaceful than in the big cities. The pincode is 576233 if you are looking it up. It is not a big office building with a reception desk. It is more of a home-based thing where the learning and the work happen at the same time. Udupi is a nice place to be, and staying in the village keeps things simple. There is a lot of reading involved and trying to apply what I learn in my MBA courses to real-life situations. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what I am doing on the computer all day, but it is just the way things are now. It is not a polished business with a marketing team. It is just me working through the modules and trying to build something. It takes a lot of time and sometimes it is frustrating, but it is honest work. Being in Kundapur Tq gives me the space to focus without too many distractions.
