Our place is located at D/No 3-174C, right near the Hanuman Transport Company in Udupi. It is a very active area with a lot of movement every day. We deal with estates and property matters. Being based in Udupi means we get to know the local land and the people around here very well. Our office is quite simple and functional. We don't have fancy furniture or a lot of high-tech gadgets. We just have what we need to get the job done. Most of our days are spent checking on different properties or meeting with people who want to buy or rent something. We also have to handle a lot of the legal side of things, which can be slow and a bit frustrating. But it is important to get it right. We have seen Udupi change quite a bit over the years, and we have been part of that growth in our own small way. We don't try to use marketing tricks to get people through the door. Usually, they just walk in because they saw our sign or a friend told them about us. We talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. We just do our best to help them find what they are looking for without making things too complicated. It is just honest work for us every day and we enjoy it.
