Keppel Puravankara Development Pvt Ltd is situated out in Kotathattu Padukare. It’s a village area in Udupi, which is quite different from the big city offices. Being in coastal Karnataka gives the place a different vibe. We work out of the local village post area. It’s a bit quieter out here, though we stay busy with the development work we have to do. The salt air from the coast is always around. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass tower; we’re right here in the village. Most of our days are spent dealing with the local land and the paperwork that comes with development projects. It takes time to get things right, and we don't like to rush just for the sake of it. We know the people around here and how things work in Udupi. It’s a straightforward life. We come in, do the work, and deal with whatever challenges the day throws at us. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain is too heavy, but we just keep going. It’s not about being the biggest or the most famous. It’s about being here and doing the job properly.
