Regal Developers And Associates

Our office is up on the second floor of Sadananda Towers. It's easy to find because we’re right across from the city bus stand. You can usually see the buses coming and going from our windows throughout the day. Regal Developers And Associates has been operating out of this space for quite some time now. It's a busy area, always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Inside, we just focus on the development side of things. It’s a lot of plans, meetings, and coordinating with different people to get projects moving. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, working through the daily grind. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. Most of the people we work with are locals who know the area well. We don't do much in the way of fancy advertising. People usually find us by word of mouth or just seeing the sign when they're at the bus stand. It’s a practical setup. We have desks, some old files, and a lot of coffee. Development work has its ups and downs, but we stay steady. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our spot on the second floor. It’s a good place to work, even if it gets a bit hectic with the traffic downstairs during rush hour. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what's needed for us to sit and go over blueprints.
