Udupi Developers

We started Udupi Developers a while back, and you can find us on the 1st Floor of the Regal Entry building. We’re right at Karavali Junction in Bannanje. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re driving through that part of town. Our office isn't anything over the top. We have some desks, a place for people to sit, and plenty of files tucked away. Being near the junction means there is always noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We spend most of our time looking at land and figuring out how to make things work for people who want to build something. It isn't always easy, and there are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan, but that is just the nature of development work. We don't use any slick sales talk here. We just show people what’s available and explain the local rules. Most of the folks who come to us are locals who know us or have heard about us from their friends. We value that kind of reputation more than any big billboard. The work keeps us on our toes, and no two days are really the same. Sometimes we are out in the sun looking at sites, and other times we are stuck in the office doing paperwork. It’s a balanced life. If you’re ever in the Regal Entry building, come up to the first floor and say hello. We are usually around.
