Bhavin Cyber Point

If you are ever walking around in Padubidri, you might have seen us near the KEB. We run the cyber point here. It is just a small shop where we have a few computers and a big printer that makes a lot of noise. Mostly, we help people with their online forms or if they need to print out some documents for school or work. It gets really busy during the exam season when all the students come in at the same time and we run out of paper. The internet can be a bit slow when it rains heavily, which happens a lot around here. We just sit and wait it out with some coffee from the place next door. There is not much space to walk around once three or four people are inside the shop. We have some plastic chairs for people to wait on while their downloads finish. I spend a lot of my time explaining how to use the mouse or where to click on the screen for the older folks who are not used to using computers. It is a nice way to spend the day and you get to hear all the local news from everyone who stops by. We do not have any big plans to expand the business. We just want to keep the printer working and the computers running so people in Padubidri have a place to go when they need to get something done.
